Since the inception of the very first garage our vision has been to attain excellence in various segments of the automotive service industry and expand into a reputable chain of garages. However expansion without a customer focus is meaningless. Hence, at the very heart of our foundation lies the customer centric approach we pride ourselves upon.

From our humble beginnings in 1986, comprising of a small workshop with a team of 15, we have today expanded into 3 state-of-the-art garages, boasting an experienced workforce of over 200+ personnel. Our flagship garage ‘PAL’ was inaugurated in 1995 followed by ‘Advanced Auto Repairing’ in 1998, which came into existence due to the increased market demand coupled with the goodwill earned facilitated our diversification into the heavy vehicle sector.

In the last decade, ‘PAL AUTO GARAGE BRANCH’ (Formerly Know as Esquire) was introduced to our group, unveiling the most advanced computerised diagnostic and repair technology. In line with the rapid development of our infrastructure, our client base has expanded from solely catering to the demands of individual customers to accommodating the servicing requirements of large corporations. The journey so far has been phenomenal. I take this opportunity to thank our customers, partners, suppliers and staff for the fundamental role they have played in the success story so far.
